Karen Eliadis, Chief Financial Officer, joined BlueRun Ventures in 2007 and is based in the Menlo Park office. Karen joined BlueRun Ventures from Sofinnova Ventures, a San Francisco-based technology and life science venture capital firm. Karen was responsible for all financial aspects of the Sofinnova venture funds.
Before joining Sofinnova, Karen was Managing Director, Finance for a private equity firm and held senior finance positions in several large organizations.
Karen began her career at Deloitte & Touche. She is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware. Karen currently serves on the board of VCBC, a 300+ member organization of finance professionals in venture capital and private equity across the United States, and is a member of the NVCA CFO Task Force.
