Andrew oversees the legal and finance functions of BlueRun Ventures. He works closely with the firm's investment professionals on all investment activities of the firm, and serves as a valuable resource to entrepreneurs and the firm's portfolio companies. He has considerable experience in the practice of investing internationally, with a particular emphasis on China. Andrew also manages relationships with the firm's limited partners and leads the firm's fund formation and related activities. Additionally, he is responsible for all firm operations.

Andrew joined BlueRun Ventures in 2007 from Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP, a leading Silicon Valley law firm focused on the representation of technology companies, where he represented start-up, emerging growth and public companies, venture capital funds and venture and institutional investors, and specialized in corporate and securities law, public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital fund formation.

He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
